About us

The Pracownia Dialogu Foundation was established by Monika and Janusz Kaźmierczak, both of them mediators. The headquarter is located in Torun, which is an old city with medieval history.
Main goals of the Foundation are:
1. Supporting and promoting all of the Restorative Justice initiatives, especially connected with mediation as an alternative dispute resolution.
2. Help mediators to improve their skills, knowledge and ethical development. Promoting, through education, development of individuals, institutions, non-governmental organizations and businesses.
3. Vocational, social and cultural activation of people socially excluded or disadvantaged in the labor market.
4. Activating people to pro-social activities for the sake of their environment.
5. Carrying out activities aimed at promoting preventive care and prevention of asocial behaviour and social pathologies among children, youth and adults.
6. Organizing and promoting initiatives in the interest of family and children rights.
7. Organizing, supporting and promoting community involvement and corporate social responsibility.
8. Taking action in the field of science, higher education, culture and arts.
